Returns

We offer returns on all unopened and unused products within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note the following conditions:

    • The product should be unused and in the same condition as received.

    • The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  2. Non-returnable Items:

    • Items that have been opened or used.

    • Items purchased during sale events or with special discounts.

    • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your address.

    • Please ensure the returned product is securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Refund Method:

      • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

      • Refunds for COD orders will be made via bank transfer, and you will be required to provide the necessary banking details for the same.

      • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

      • You will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.

    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

    Damaged or Defective Products

    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Care at 9958912511 or email us at support@happypanda.baby within 48 hours of delivery with details and images of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the case.

    Cancellations

    You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, we are unable to process cancellations. For cancellation requests, please contact our Customer Care team immediately.
