At Happy Panda, we create gentle, safe, and thoughtful baby and kids care products and we want your experience with us to be just as smooth and reassuring. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Below are the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns only in the following cases:

We do not accept returns if:

The product did not meet personal preferences (texture, fragrance, or skin reactions)

The product was purchased on sale or as part of a combo, unless damaged or incorrect
Due to strict hygiene and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns for any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with in any way. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all our customers, especially since our products are intended for babies and young children. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the highest standards of product hygiene.
If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@happypanda.baby or WhatsApp on 9650385111 with the following details:

A photo or video clearly showing the issue

A photo of the outer shipping box
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll let you know whether your return is approved.
What Makes a Product Eligible for Return?
To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused and sealed

It should be in its original packaging

It should be in the same condition as delivered
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
If the returned item does not meet our return criteria, we will inform you and return the product back to your original shipping address.

As our products are formulated for babies and children, we follow strict hygiene standards. Once a product is opened, it cannot be accepted for return for health and safety reasons.
