Order Processing
We strive to process all orders within 1–2 business days, subject to product availability. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges (India Only)
Shipping charges may apply based on the delivery location, order size, or promotional offers.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a WhatsApp message or email with the tracking details. You can click the link provided or track your shipment directly via the courier partner's website.
Where We Ship
Currently, we ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within 7 business days, or if the tracking information hasn’t updated, please contact us at support@happypanda.baby. We will follow up with the delivery partner and assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
If your package is received in a damaged condition, kindly email us with photos immediately so we can take the necessary steps.
Return Shipping Address
Do not send any product back without first contacting our support team. We will verify if your order qualifies for a return and provide return instructions and the correct return address.
